Ingredients: Soya flour 50 gms Oil 5ml Cheese 20gms Ajwain ,salt,kasturi methi,pepper powder Procedure: Take soya flour in a bowl add salt , ajwain,kasturi methi, black pepper powder and at last grate the cheese and add 5 ml oil.. Mix all well and make a tight dough with warm water. Make out 7 to 8 pcs out of dough and press it with palms to flatten them and use a fork or knife to poke them.
