Dessert anyone? ♥️ Ingredients: Dudhi (bottle gourd): 200gms Soaked n de-seeded dates: 10-12 (u can adjust the dates quantity as per ur macros, u can replace the dates with stevia for sweetness too) Milk: 1 cup Elaichi: 2-3 Ghee: 30gm Dryfruits for garnishing (chopped) Recipe: Grate the dudhi keep aside. Blend in the soaked dates and elaichi together to make a paste. Saute the dudhi in ghee till it becomes dry. Add milk n cook till it becomes soft. Add the dates mix to the cooked dudhi n mix n saute well till it all come together. Garnish with ur choice of dry fruits.
