Omlet peetza and some cake!
1- Pour 10 gms of oil in a kadhai 2- Break 4 eggs and spread. 3- Add oregano and chilli flakes 4- Grate a cube of cheese over it that becomes your base 5- Now add 5 gms of oil to to kadhai and add cummin seeds to it 6- Add some haldi and hing and then add paneer 7- Saute paneer and then spread it over your omlet (base) I did not add veggies due to lack of time(prep time is 10 mins max) you can add them if your macros permit! And oh yea, that cake is my favorite hence added into my macros!!
