Ingredients: 100gm paneer 150gm chicken 100gm curd 1 onion 1 capsicum 1 tomato Add spices as per your taste. Method: - Marinate the chicken, paneer, finely chopped onions and capsicum with curd and leave it for an hour. - Take 10gm ghee and fry the spices along with tomatoes till they turn light brown, mix the marinated mixture in the pan and cook it on low flame. - Add some water (because obviously, a little gravy is not bad) and keep cooking till all the water evaporates.
