Ingredients: Ricotta cheese - 100gm Any low carb rice cracker ( Macros 6.2Carbs, 0 Fat, 0.5Protein) Spinach - 100gm Garlic- 2cloves Olive oil - 1/2 tsp Method: - Blanch spinach and stir fry with garlic in olive oil. Spread the mixture on top of rice cracker. Add some ricotta cheese on top. - This tastes great and keeps us full for a long time. You can eat in your snack time. Credit: Swathi Ranam
