yummy here is a recipe for new mom's who get rare chance to escape from their baby and cook something quick😅 Paneer Dal Pulao can be one of the health option for lunch I tried today. Find receipe below- Paneer 50gms Dal (any) 40gms Rice 50gms Ghee 20gms Vegetables (any - I added capsicum ,French beans, Cauliflower) Onion 1 medium size (Optional) Ginger Garlic Paste 1 TSP Green Chillies slit in two - 2 spices - Cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder,Turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder - 1tsp each Salt -as per taste Method- take pressure cooker add ghee first then add Onion,Green Chillies Nd Ginger Garlic paste saute well then add vegetables and paneer cubes saute for 2 minutes now add all spices mentioned above mix well now add rice and dal mix well add water just after first boil close the lid of pressure cooker after 4 pressure cooker whistle off the flame ......Your Instant Paneer Dal Pulao is ready to eat... Healthy bhi Tasty bhi 😉
