Today's Lunch 😍🤩😍 .with Homemade Sweet lemon pickle (no sugar 😁.... added jaggery for sweetness....will post the recipe seperately) 💖🍽 Ingredients: Boiled soya chunks (water drained): 100gm Soaked Moong dal: 50gms Finely chopped Red Amaranth leaves: 100gms Finely chopped Corriander: 20gms Garlic: 4-5 cloves Green chillies: 5-6 (as per your taste) Jeera: 1 tsf Curry leaves: 10- 12 Hing: 1tsf Haldi: 1tsf Red chilly powder: 1/2 tsf Salt Ghee for roasting (10gms) Recipe: Grind soya chunks and moong dal with jeera, garlic, curry leaves and green chillies to make the batter.....you can add water to get the desired consistency Add the hing, haldi powder, red chilly powder, n the chopped veggies to the batter...lastly add salt to taste N then make the chillas on the non stick pan.....iv made them a little crisper by keeping them on the pan for a slightly longer time ☝️ You can also have it with curd or any kind of raita....✅ **********************************Some benefits of Amaranth leaves These leaves are storehouse for many phytonutrients, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins Carries just 23 calories/100g Amaranth leaves contain only traces of fats and no cholesterol.
