Ingredients: 1/2 tsp butter 1/4 tsp ginger 50gm Mushroom 20gm onion 20ml fresh cream (Amul) Black pepper n salt Method: - Saute onion, ginger and mushroom in butter until it gets cooked - Let it cool down and churn in a mixer jar. If you want you can pass through the strainer after mixing it. - Again put it on a pan and cook for a while. - Add salt and pepper. - Lastly, add cream and serve warm Credit: Alpa Patel
