Minced Soya Pasta
Ingredients : Minced Soya : 100gm Ghee/Butter/Oil : 10gm Cheese : 40gm (:P) Pasta : 40gm start by boiling the pasta (I use penne sphegetti pasta) for 7-8 mins until soft with salt and strain it ready. In a separate veseel, once the oil is hot, cook both onions and the soya until soya turns thick and sticks together and the onions turn translucent. Add 3 tomatoes (or you could use tomato puree) and cook them for about 6-7 mins until they crumble into a paste. Use a generous amount of oregano/basil powder and chilli flakes and salt as per requirement. Add in the cooked pasta and keep flame on low till the pasta mix well with the sauce we've made. Finally add the cheese after switching off the heat and while it still warm so that the cheese stick. garnish with some more cheese :) and all done! enjoy this very proteinious meal!
