Ingredients: 200 gm Paneer 20 gm Semolina 7 gm Stevia or choice of sweetener (increase or decrease as per taste) 100 ml of milk 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 20 gm ghee Method: *Grease baking tin with ghee. *Sprinkle sugar (sweetener) around the tin. *Hold cake tin with holder and rotate cake tin all around on slow flame. until you see sugar changing its colour *Alternatively you can bake the tin for 5-7 minutes in the oven for the same caramelized effect. *Add paneer, milk, semolina, cardamom powder and milk in a grinding jar. *Do not add entire milk together, add as needed. *Churn for few seconds until the texture is smooth. *Transfer this to the caramelized tin. *Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. *Let it cool down completely before you un-mould. *Enjoy your healthy cheesecake.
