Mango Kalakand (read: guilt-free) 😋 On the occassion of New Year and the beginning of Navratri, cooked up this quick and easy Protein-packed sugar-free sweet with 0% compromise on diet! Who says you can't have desserts when on diet? recipe: 100gms Paneer (freshly made with more moisture and crumbly texture, compared to actual paneer) 100gms mango pulp 15gms milk powder 15gms milk stevia and elaichi powder as per taste. 5 almonds, 5 pistas In a pan, add the mango pulp and let it come to boil.. when it starts drying, add crumbled paneer and mix well. mix milk and milk powder and add it to the pan with stevia and elaichi powder. let it cook till the mixture forms one mass and leaves the pan. add the mixture to a greased tray. garnish with sliced almonds and pistas. let it cool in refrigerator for atleast 2 hours. #squatsambassador #fittr #fittrwithsquats #quantifiednutrition #healthyfood #proteins #sweettooth #desserts #mangoseasonishere
