Recipe Weekends are my favourite! And with the weather changing all we want is something refreshing at some point during the day. So I decided to shift my smoothie to a eat - my smoothie kinda thing. Berries Smoothie Bowl: Calories - 469 Calories Macros - F:21 C:26 P:44 Ingredients: 200 gms Choice of Berries I used all - Strawberry, Rasberry, Blueberries and Blackberry 1 tbsp Chia Seeds 20 gms Thinly Sliced Almonds 150 gms Yogurt 1 scoop Whey Protein (Peanut Butter Flavour) Method: I freeze the berries when I get them, it stays well for longer and brings the perfect blend. So pour 3/4 of all berries, chia seeds, almonds in the smoothie jar. Add yogurt, and whey protein I added a couple of ice cubes instead a bit of water to make it chilled and get the frozen blend. Blend until a smooth enough texture is achieved. Pour in a bowl and garnish with the remaining berries, chia seeds and almonds and It’s Ready!! Make it your breakfast bowl, mid-day snack or a post dinner dessert. 🍓🥣🍓
