50 gms poha 1 onion 10 gms peanuts raw 1 tsp turmeric powder 4 tsp ghee coriander leaves salt as per taste soak poha in a strainer & remove all the water. take a thick bottom pan. add ghee. let it heat a little. add mustard seeds. let them crackle. add onion, peanuts. let onion & peanuts cook till transparent & roasted respectively. add turmeric powder & salt. add poha. cook for 5 mins on slow flame. garnish with coriander leaves.
