Paneer tikka masala
Ingredients: Paneer (100 grams), curd (1 tbl spoon for marination), Onion (20 grams), tomato (30 grams), coconut milk (100 ml), salt (to taste), dry spices (as per choice), coconut oil (20 grams). Recipe: A) marinate the equally sized long pieces of paneer in dry spices and curd and grill in oven for 7 mins on each side. B) meanwhile in frying pan take 1 tbl spoon of coconut oil and add finely chopped onion and stir until golden brown and make a paste of fried onion in mixer. C) in same pan again add 1 tbl spoon of oil. Add finelt chopped tomato. Once tomato separates oil, add red chilli powder and salt. Now add onion paste and add water. Give it nice mix and cover with lid for 5 mins. Add coconut milk and paneer pieces. Give it mix and cook for 5 mins again covered with lid. Garnish with coriander. Done.
