Spicy Schezwan chicken.
Chicken breast 200gms. Rice 30gms Tomato 30gms Veggies 100gms Balck grapes 30gms Coconut oil 10gms. KEYA Dry Schezwan masala 2 spoons Black pepper 1 spoon (adjust according to ur wish, I like spicy). Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Marinated the chicken with lemon juice, pepper n Schezwan masala for 30mins. In a nonstick put 5 ml oil and add the Marinated chicken, cover it n let it cook on low flame.keep on flipping sides to avoid burning. When the chicken is cooked add the grapes cover n cook for 2mins.. For tomato rice, i pan drizzle oil, temper with 1 teaspoon chana dal n urad dal. Once they change d colour n a roasted add the tomatoes n cook,. Add salt n turmeric according to your taste. Lastly add the cooked rice to it..
