China grass pudding *China grass or agar agar =5 gm = which has zero calories *Milk 600 ml = 19.5P 27C 25.3F, 414 cal *Cashews =10 gm = 2.1P, 2.0C, 4.7F, 60 cal *Almonds =10 gm =2.1P, 1.1C, 5.9F, 66 cal *Khoya 25 gm = 5P, 6.2C, 6.5F, 103cal *Sugar free powder *Saffron (Kesar for garnishing) Method 1) Take milk in a pan and boil it for few minutes and add China grass and sugar to this milk and keep stirring on the low flame till it thicken. 2)Take out the pan and add Khoya to it and keep stirring till it get cool and thicken.. 3) Take one plate and grease it with few drops of ghee, and pir the mixture in it. 4) After few minutes add grinded cashew, almond and Kesar to it before its complete set..
