Ingredients - 30 gm soya chunks - 20 gm wheat flour - 1 cheese cube - Raw vegetables Method : 1) Crush soya chunks in blender into fine powder. Mix it with wheat flour. Add a pinch of salt and knead the dough with help of lukewarm water. Keep it for 20-30 mins. 2)Now using a rolling pin roll the dough. Fold the corners as shown. 3) Apply pizza sauce and great some cheese over it. 4) Now add raw veggies over it. 5) Sprinkle some oregano. 6) Grate some more cheese on top. 7) Now bake in oven or apply some ghee over tawa and cook pizza over it. If using tawa, cover it with lid.
