Hi, I am Suku Pillai,  INFS certified Nutrition and Fitness consultant, I have a few transformations to my name, mainly my close friends and relatives. Through proper nutrition and workout, I was not only able to help them get in good shape but also improve their health, lifestyle and most importantly confidence. I focus more on strength training as that helped me more in my fitness journey. I have more than 10 years workout experience and also helped many people correct their form and technique which resulted in improved performance.
