In my understanding Fitness is a way of life, people often confuse it with a temporary condition they are in. Fitness is the ability of a human being to be at par physically, mentally and spiritually with the requirements they have in order to achieve their goals. I focus on developing structures and plans which make the complex process of attaining fitness understandable by a layman and once understood to make that process sustainable and enjoyable part of your life.
