1.1. The Fittr FitCoin Referral Programme is a reward program initiated by Squats Fitness Private Limited ("Fittr") to encourage Eligible Users to refer the Fittr Fitness & Nutrition Services to their friends and family in return for FitCoins.
1.2. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, "Eligible User" shall mean such users who have an active Fittr Account.
1.3. Each Eligible User ("Referee") is provided with a referral code, which they may choose to share with people known to them personally and have consented to receive such referral code.
1.4. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
2.1. To be eligible for the Program, Members must have an active Fittr account.
2.2. Referred users must be new customers who have never used Fittr's services before.
2.3 Referred users must purchase a Nutrition and Fitness plan.
3.1. A Referee shall receive FitCoins upon the Referred completing 30 days of their first enrolment under a Fittr Fitness & Nutrition Coach.
4.1. Members can earn FitCoins for referring Referees to Fittr.
4.2. In addition to direct referrals, Members can earn FitCoins from Referees they refer and from subsequent tiers of Referees referred by those Referees, creating a multi-level structure.
4.3. FitCoins earned by Members and their subsequent tiers are credited to their Fittr accounts and can be used to redeem products available on FitShop.
5.1. To refer a new customer, Members can share their unique referral link provided by Fittr with potential Referees.
5.2. Referees must sign up for Fittr services using the provided referral code for the Member to earn FitCoins.
5.3. Fittr reserves the right to verify referral activity and disqualify any Members or Referees engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
5.4. Users must refer and distribute the referral codes only to people known to them personally and have consented to receive such referral codes.
5.5. Users must not send bulk or spam emails or other similar communications to distribute the referral code, nor must users post this code on any public platform for distribution. Any violation of these terms will immediately lead to disqualification of use of the Fittr App in addition to exposure to further legal action.
6.1. Referrees get 500 FitCoins for every direct referral.
6.2. For indirect referrals for their 1st enrolment with FITTR, the FitCoin distribution is as follows:
Level 1: 125 FitCoins
Level 2: 64 FitCoins
Level 3: 32 FitCoins
Level 4: 16 FitCoins
Level 5: 8 FitCoins
Level 6: 4 FitCoins
6.3. For renewals, direct connections get 100 FitCoins for every renewal.
For indirect connections on renewals, the FitCoin distribution is as follows:
Level 1: 50 FitCoins
Level 2: 25 FitCoins
Level 3: 12 FitCoins
Level 4: 6 FitCoins
Level 5: 3 FitCoins
Level 6: 1 FitCoin
6.5. FitCoins have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other individuals or exchanged for cash.
7.1. FitCoins earned through the Program can be used to redeem products available on FitShop, subject to the terms and conditions of Fittr's FitCoins redemption policy.
7.2. FitCoins have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other individuals or exchanged for cash.
8.1. In case of any issue pertaining to the eligibility to refer or be referred, the independent decision made by Fittr shall be final and binding. For any issues pertaining to the receipt of FitCoins, please write to support@fittr.com.
9.1. Fittr reserves the right to terminate the Fittr FitCoin Referral Programme, add new terms, or modify the existing terms at any point in time, without notice to users. This wouldn't affect the benefits already availed by any user.
10.1. These terms are in addition to and not a substitution for the terms and conditions on the Fittr App/website and other product(s)/service(s) specific terms and conditions.
10.2. Further, these terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Pune.
