Unilateral seated cable pulls
Preparation
Hold the cable in a pronated grip in one hand with both feet on the paddle.
Workout Step
- Step-1Now pull the cable towards your body and while doing so, rotate your wrist such that the finishing position would be neutral grip
- Step-2The elbow should pass behind your body such that you can feel the squeeze in your lats during the concentric movement
- Step-3There should be a mild twist in your torso as you pull the cable towards your body
- Step-4Inhale, hold your breathe, finish the movement & then exhale.
