    Take a deep breathe and unrack the bar
  • Step-2
    Engage your core and lower the bar to the rear part of your head
  • Step-3
    Press it back an exhale
  • Step-4

Smith machine seated behind the neck press



Unrack the smith bar with the weights and hold the bar in the extended position at shoulder width. The bar should over the mid part of the head
