Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Unrack the bar after taking a deep breathe
  • Step-2
    Step back with one leg such that both legs are pointing in same direction but parallel to each other
  • Step-3
    Now lower down the body by bending the knee
  • Step-4
    Come back up and exhale
  • Step-5
    Repeat for other leg
