Smith machine Lunges
Preparation
Set up under the smith bar with feet shoulder width apart.
Workout Step
- Step-1Unrack the bar after taking a deep breathe
- Step-2Step back with one leg such that both legs are pointing in same direction but parallel to each other
- Step-3Now lower down the body by bending the knee
- Step-4Come back up and exhale
- Step-5Repeat for other leg
