Preparation
Unrack the smith bar with the weights while resting at a decline angle.Hold the bar in the extended position at slightly outward of shoulder width. The bar should in the line of the eye

- Step-1Take a deep breathe, arch your back before lowering the weight
- Step-2Hold the breathe while the bar is lowered and press it back
