  • Step-1
    With feet shoulder width apart, Raise your shoulders slowly without altering the position of the elbow which should remain straight at all times
  • Step-2
    Squeeze your traps and slowly lower the shoulders to the starting position

Smith machine barbell shrugs



Unrack the smith bar with the weights and hold the bar in the extended position in line with your shoulders. Arms should be tucked to your sides at all times
