Position bar on back of shoulders. Grasp bar to sides. Disengage bar by rotating bar back.

Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Bend hips to lower torso forward until parallel to floor
  • Step-2
    Bend knees slightly during descent
  • Step-3
    Raise torso until hips are extended
  • Step-4
    Repeat.
