  • Step-1
    Lay down on the floor in a relaxed position with your knees up and palms lightly on either side of your head
  • Step-2
    Brae your cors and slowly raise your upper body just enough to feel a strain on your abs
  • Step-3
    From here throw a desired amount of left and right eye-level punches and go back tothe starting position
