Workout Step
- Step-1Lay down on the floor in a relaxed position with your knees up and palms across your chest or lightly on either isde of your head
- Step-2Squeeze your abs as you curl your upper body off the floor
- Step-3Once your torso is perpendicular to the floor, slowly lower yourself back to the starting position
