Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Lay down on the floor in a relaxed position with your knees up and palms across your chest or lightly on either isde of your head
  • Step-2
    Squeeze your abs as you curl your upper body off the floor
  • Step-3
    Once your torso is perpendicular to the floor, slowly lower yourself back to the starting position

Sit Ups



Have a carpet/exercise mat/ soft ground to lie flat on.
