Seated Good Morning
Preparation
Sit upright on the end of a flat bench with a barbell across upper back. Keep the feet wider than shoulder-width apart on the ground.
Workout Step
- Step-1Bend forward at your hips and lower your torso down as far as you comfortably can
- Step-2Keep a natural arch in your lower back
- Step-3Pause, then raise back up to starting position.
