Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Step on to a resistance band with your feet at shoulder-width, Stand straight with chest out and back straight.
  • Step-2
    Keep your arms out in front with palms on your thighs
  • Step-3
    This is the starting position
  • Step-4
    Raise your left arm straight up until it is parallel to the ground
  • Step-5
    Hold for a second, then lower back down to the starting position
  • Step-6
    Repeat the movement with right arm
