- Step-1Step on to a resistance band with your feet at shoulder-width, Stand straight with chest out and back straight.
- Step-2Keep your arms out in front with palms on your thighs
- Step-3This is the starting position
- Step-4Raise your left arm straight up until it is parallel to the ground
- Step-5Hold for a second, then lower back down to the starting position
- Step-6Repeat the movement with right arm
