- Step-1Lay on the floor with your face facing downwards, palms slightly wider that shoulder width apart in line with your shoulders
- Step-2This is your starting position
- Step-3Brace your core, lower your body until your chest touches the floor, keeping the spine straight, donot arch the back
- Step-4keep this body in a straight line
- Step-5Hold for a second and press yourself back up so as to reach the starting postion
