Lie on the bench with your chest facing the seat

Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Set yourself up by holding each cable on the opposite hand
  • Step-2
    Starting position will be with both hands criss-crossing each other
  • Step-3
    Now execute by bringing down both arms back and outward without bending them at the elbows
  • Step-4
    Inhale, hold your breathe, finish the movement & then exhale
