Lean your body in an inclined position by supporting it with one elbow

Workout Step

  • Step-1
    While leaning your body onto a surface in an inclined manner through support of the elbow, slowly lower your body by dipping your hip without moving any other part of your body
  • Step-2
    Inhale, hold your breathe, finish the movement & then exhale.
