Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Stand with your torso upright and hold the dumbbells down at your sides
  • Step-2
    Start with your chest out, head up, and a slight bend in your knees
  • Step-3
    Step backward with your right leg, landing on the ball of the foot, then bend both knees to lower yourself to the floor
  • Step-4
    When your front thigh is parallel with the floor, extend your knees and hips to stand back up to the start position
  • Step-5
    Switch legs and repeat the movement
