Workout Step
- Step-1Stand with your torso upright and hold the dumbbells down at your sides
- Step-2Start with your chest out, head up, and a slight bend in your knees
- Step-3Step backward with your right leg, landing on the ball of the foot, then bend both knees to lower yourself to the floor
- Step-4When your front thigh is parallel with the floor, extend your knees and hips to stand back up to the start position
- Step-5Switch legs and repeat the movement
