  • Step-1
    Lay back on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand
  • Step-2
    Hold the weights over your chest, palms facing each other, arms extended completely
  • Step-3
    Bend your elbows and lower the weights to the sides of your head
  • Step-4
    Hold for a second and return to the starting position
