Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Stand with your feet liitle less than shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent
  • Step-2
    Position dumbbell over head with arm straight up or slightly back
  • Step-3
    Lower dumbbell behind neck or shoulder while maintaining upper arm's vertical position throughout exercise
  • Step-4
    Extend arm until straight
  • Step-5
    Return and repeat
  • Step-6
    Hold for a second and return to the starting position
  • Step-7
    Repeat for desired repetitions and switch arm and repeat
