Workout Step
- Step-1Sit on a flat bench with your torso stabilized and feet firmly on the floor
- Step-2Hold the dumbell with a heart grip (both hands under the inner plate)
- Step-3Raise dumbbell over head by extending elbows while hyperextending wrist
- Step-4Lower forearm behind upper arm by flexing elbows
- Step-5Donot flare your elbows
- Step-6Return to the starting position and repeat
