- Step-1Stand with feet shoulder width apart with knees slightly bent

- Step-3Raise dumbbell over head by extending elbows while hyperextending wrist
- Step-4Lower forearm behind upper arm by flexing elbows
- Step-5Do not flare your elbows
- Step-6Return to the starting position and repeat
