Dumbbell Floor Hex Press



Have a carpet/exercise mat and free space to perform the movement. Have a 10x10 free space for exercising and dumbbell of choice .

Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Lie down on your back and fold your legs resting on feet with 45* angle at knees
  • Step-2
    Hold dumbbell in either palms and try to clasp them togerther
  • Step-3
    From there keep your forearms perpenficular to the floor and press as the dumbbells away from body towards the ceiling and slowly come back to starting position.
