Have a carpet/exercise mat and free space to perform the movement.
- Step-1Kneel on the floor with your toes together and your knees hip-width apart
- Step-2Rest your palms on top of your thighs
- Step-3On an exhale, lower your torso between your knees
- Step-4Extend your arms alongside your torso with your palms facing down
- Step-5Relax your shoulders toward the ground
- Step-6Rest in the pose for as long as needed.
