Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Get comfortable on your knees with hips rested on your heels getting into a flexion
  • Step-2
    Stretch your arms straight reaching out in front of you
  • Step-3
    Hold on there about 8-10secs breathing in and out allowing the lower back to stretch and relax
  • Step-4
    Repeat if required.
