Preparation

Have a carpet/exercise mat and free space to perform the movement.

Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Kneel on the floor with your toes together and your knees hip-width apart
  • Step-2
    Rest your palms on top of your thighs
  • Step-3
    On an exhale, lower your torso between your knees
  • Step-4
    Extend your arms alongside your torso with your palms facing down
  • Step-5
    Relax your shoulders toward the ground
  • Step-6
    Rest in the pose for as long as needed.
