Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Stand in a neutral stance
  • Step-2
    Legs shoulder width apart
  • Step-3
    Hold dumbbell of choice in each hand
  • Step-4
    Perform a bicep curl
  • Step-5
    At the top of a curl, directly go to shoulder press position
  • Step-6
    Push your arms straight towards the ceiling
  • Step-7
    Complete descent of shoulder press and bicep curl
  • Step-8
    Repeat the same cycle for further repetitions.
