Hold the barbell loaded with weights and stand at shoulder width apart with a pronated grip

Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Pick the barbell with weights
  • Step-2
    Inhale air and Slowly bend forward at 45 degrees
  • Step-3
    Engage your core and bring the barbell towards your lower abdomen squeezing your upper back
  • Step-4
    Extend the arms down again and repeat.
