Barbell incline Triceps Extension
Lie on slightly incline bench with narrow overhand grip on barbell. Position barbell over shoulders with arms extended.
- Step-1Lower bar by bending elbows
- Step-2As bar nears head, move elbows slightly back just enough to allow bar to clear around curvature of head
- Step-3Extend arms
- Step-4As bar clears head, reposition elbows to their former position until arms are fully extended
