Workout Step

  • Step-1
    With both foot on the paddle support with the barbell on your back, slowly lower down the upper body by bending forward with the weight
  • Step-2
    Now come back up and make sure your upper body is in line with the lower body
  • Step-3
    Avoid over arching your back as it can injure your erector spine
  • Step-4
    Inhale, hold your breathe, finish the movement & then exhale.
