  • Step-1
    Lower bar by bending elbows
  • Step-2
    As bar nears head, move elbows slightly back just enough to allow bar to clear around curvature of head
  • Step-3
    Extend arms
  • Step-4
    As bar clears head, reposition elbows to its former position until arms are fully extended
  • Step-5

Barbell Decline Triceps Extension



Lie on decline bench with narrow overhand grip on barbell. Position barbell over shoulders with arms extended.
