Workout Step

  • Step-1
    Place your feet shoulder width apart and toes pointing slightly outwards, while holding medicine ball in your hands in front of your chest
  • Step-2
    Keeping a neutral spine and bracing your core, slowly lower your torso by bending pushing your hips back and bend your knees with your hands remaining on your sides.
  • Step-3
    Continue down until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then pause at the botto and then push back to the starting position
