Triangle Pose/ Trikonasana
- Steps 1
Step forward with your right leg, turn your left foot to 45 degrees
- Steps 2
Inhale, and stretch the arms sideways at the shoulder level so that they are in one straight line
- Steps 3
Exhale; bend to the left bringing the left hand down to the left foot and the right hand up
- Steps 4
Keep your knees straight and arms in a straight line
- Steps 5
Look up at the right hand in the final position and hold the position for 5 breaths
- Steps 6
Inhale, return to the upright position with the arms in a straight line
- Steps 7
Exhale, release the hands on the sides of your body and return to the starting position
- Steps 8
Repeat on the right side
- Steps 9
