Workout Steps
- Steps 1
Sprint to the closest cone and back to start, then to next cone and back
- Steps 2
Continue alternating between the start and cones until all cones are completed
- Steps 3
Note the time taken to complete the shuttle run and try to maintain that pace for all shuttles
- Steps 4
Rest for 90 seconds in between each shuttle
- Steps 5
Complete the prescribed number of shuttles
- Steps 6
And that's how you do Shuttle Running.
Preparation
Set out 4-6 cones, increasing the distance between the cones the further away they are from the start.
