Workout Steps
- Steps 1
Now start bending your head to the right side
- Steps 2
Then, as you move your head back to the centre, extend your left arm diagonally backwards while keeping your palm facing backwards
- Steps 3
Flex your wrist and fingers whilst moving shoulder away from the body
- Steps 4
Return your arm to the starting position and bend your head again away from the moving arm
- Steps 5
Continue this seesaw motion - the movement should be fluid, do not hold any position
- Steps 6
Nerve stretches are very sensitive and need to be performed gently
- Steps 7
Move into the stretch and stop before you feel excessive stretch sensation of the nerve
- Steps 8
Stop if this exercise causes pain.
