Workout Steps

Now, tilt your head to the right side
- Steps 2
Then, lift your left arm and gently stretch it to the left side
- Steps 3
Palm should be facing towards ceiling
- Steps 4
Undersurface of forearm should face towards ceiling

Extend your wrist
- Steps 6
Do the two movements one after the other
- Steps 7
Pause for a while
- Steps 8
Now, return your left hand to the starting position

And move your head back to the centre

Nerve stretches are very sensitive and need to be performed gently

Move into the stretch and stop before you feel excessive stretch sensation of the nerve

Stop if exercise exacerbates pain.
